Keeping and serving
Keep refrigerated at 4 degrees, good for up to 3 days. Take it out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before serving. It slices best with a knife run under warm water, wiped between every cut.
Pickup
Your cake is ready for you in our shop from the day you chose. Rather come later in the day? That is always fine, we keep it chilled until closing time.
